Gravity Seed Grader Full Details
Function:
A gravity seed grader separates particles (seeds or grains) of the same size but different weights. Heavier, high-quality seeds are separated from lighter, inferior ones.
Working Principle:
The working principle of a gravity separator is based on air flow, vibration, and gravity.
1). Feeding: Seeds are fed uniformly onto a vibrating deck.
2). Air Suction: Air is blown through the deck from bottom to top, lifting lighter particles.
